God’s Plan For Your Life

I’ve got a powerful passage of scripture for you to read, and meditate on today. Romans‬ ‭3:22-26

“God treats everyone alike. He accepts people only because they have faith in Jesus Christ. (23)All of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. (24)But God treats us much better than we deserve, and because of Christ Jesus, He freely accepts us and sets us free from our sins. (25-26)God sent Christ to be our sacrifice. Christ offered His life’s blood, so by faith in Him we could come to God. And God did this to show that in the past he was right to be patient and forgive sinners. This also shows that God is right when He accepts people who have faith in Jesus.” (CEV)‬‬

The Bottom Line

God treats everyone alike.
He accepts people only because of their faith in Jesus.
Everyone has sinned.
God treats us much better than we deserve.
Because of Jesus, God accepts us and frees us from our sins.
God sent Jesus to be our sacrifice, so by faith, we could accept Him and be free from our sins.
Faith is the means by which God justifies a person.

Conclusion

“You were [are] saved by faith in God, who treats us much better than we deserve. This is God’s gift to you, and not anything you have done on your own. (9)It isn’t something you have earned, so there is nothing you can brag about. (10)God planned for us to do good things and to live as He has always wanted us to live. This is why He sent Christ to make us what we are.” — Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-10 ‭(CEV‬‬)
